Position Summary


The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Finance team. This role will be heavily involved in FP&A activities, including financial planning, reporting automation, operational analysis/insights, financial modeling, and supporting overall growth initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities


- Develop and maintain new weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements, which include both financial and operational KPIs.


- Assist in the creation and implementation of financial analysis and operational dashboards that assist with cost control and productivity and drive utilization and efficiency improvements.


- Build reports in Power BI (or similar tool), drive automation, and streamline reporting and processes using a continuous improvement mindset.


- Lead the monthly and annual planning and forecasting activities.


- Work closely with Operations management to analyze operational/financial results and make suggestions for improvement.


- Work with Marketing team to develop reporting to track ROI on marketing investments.


Skills / Experience – Required


- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field

- 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Experience with Power BI or similar platforms

- Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred

- Demonstrated skills with Excel modeling

- Strong data analysis and financial planning concepts, with the ability to quickly tie analysis to business drivers.

- Demonstrated organizational, time management and communication skills.

- Ability to explain complex analyses articulately and concisely within all levels of the organization.
