The Shipping Specialist is responsible for successfully managing the day-to-day operations of the

Shipping Department for Packaging Systems.


Leads by example, safety and accountability are a fundamental responsibility of each team

member.

 Ensures safe and healthful working conditions and an organized work environment.

 Support the Vision, Mission & Values, and operational Programs.

 Accurately process and complete parts orders without supervision

 Operate a lift truck in a safe manner

 Respond appropriately to customer demands

 Deliver parts and packages to designated areas in a timely manner

 Schedule pickup and delivery of merchandise by common carriers

 Other duties assigned by Management as needed

 Work collaboratively with internal customers and teams to ensure operational efficiencies and

working towards performance excellence

 Review daily shift notes to prioritize and plan workload for next day
