As our Instrumentation and Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key role in propelling our plant's success through innovative solutions. You'll leverage your knowledge of instrumentation and electrical technologies to:


Champion Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all HSE standards, policies, and procedures, fostering a safe and clean work environment for all.

Boost Performance: Implement automation strategies to enhance equipment effectiveness, production output, and energy efficiency, while reducing maintenance costs.

Expert Collaboration: Partner with maintenance technicians, production teams, and process engineers to troubleshoot equipment issues, optimize processes, and identify opportunities for new instrumentation and control strategies.

Project Management: Lead project cost estimations, coordinate design and installation activities, and oversee contractor work.

Technical Expertise: Provide specifications and support for a wide range of electrical and automation systems, including process instrumentation, control wiring, heat trace, switchgear, motors, and more.

Standards Compliance: Stay current with industry standards (NEC, OSHA, IEEE) and communicate updates impacting plant practices and equipment.

Documentation Champion: Focus on creating and maintaining accurate, up-to-date design drawings and instrumentation specifications.

HAZOP Expertise: Actively participate in, lead, and provide support during HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) team studies.

You're a perfect fit if you have:


Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing setting, specifically with applying, implementing, and troubleshooting field instrumentation.

Experience maintaining medium and high voltage distribution systems.

Working knowledge of NFPA 70E best practices and ARC Flash methodology.

Ability to travel 2-3 days per week during the first year.
