Our client is an international software and hardware development company with offices in the U.S. and across Europe. Their core products are applied to the gambling industry, via proprietary and patented solutions that enable the remote use of physical electronic gaming machines while streaming the experience to the end user.

The company has recently been acquired by a large U.S. firm and is aggressively growing its team to meet global distribution and revenue goals. As part of its distribution strategy, the company shall be constructing multiple studios in multiple jurisdictions globally from which to host, maintain and broadcast these products.


They are looking for an experienced technician based in New Jersey to participate in all applicable aspects of studio builds, EGM storage, EGM maintenance, EGM placement/movements, EGM game theme conversions, related compliance processes, paperwork and the like.


Successful Candidates:

  • Able to travel frequently when needed
  • Obtain all necessary licensing and certifications by local regulatory body
  • Expert in understanding regulated environments and required operating procedures
  • Hold game manufacturer tech certifications from all major providers in New Jersey


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all preventative maintenance measures and schedule
  • Provide technical knowledge and resolution to all instances of failure in the solution
  • Be present in studio for on call technical assistance and regularly scheduled machine movements and game theme conversions
  • Detailed cataloging and accounting of all inventories including machines and extra parts
  • Procurement of repair materials
  • Scheduled machine inspections for compliance and auditing purposes
  • Accurately provide repair assessments and estimates
  • Provide excellent customer service communication skills to operator clients reporting EGM failures throughout the process to resolution
  • Extensive experience in the gaming industry working with Electronic Gaming Machines
  • Expert knowledge of all prominent game manufactures' EGM products
  • Experience implementing game theme conversions
  • Technical repair certifications from major game manufacturers
  • Proficient accounting/auditing skills related to compliance procedures and inventory management
