Role Description

As a full-time, on-site member of the Calista West team, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury jewelry. The role, with the possibility of working remotely part-time in the “off-season,” is not just about creating and managing content for our brand's social media channels, website, and other marketing platforms. It's about interacting with our loyal clientele in the showroom, handling sales, and assisting with daily store operations. This multifaceted role offers a unique chance to grow and learn in a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Creative content creation skills for social media and web platforms
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Experience with website maintenance
• Experience with digital marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a team
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of fine jewelry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation includes salary, commission, and health benefits. Housing may be available.

*The ideal candidate has experience in fine jewelry and social media. Social media experience is not necessary but preferred.
