Our client is a major international firm, seeking a Patent Agent for its Patent Development & Strategy group in Boston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, San Diego, Palo Alto, and Seattle offices. The salary for this position is between $120,000 to $225,000 and will depend upon experience, location, and other factors.


Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Chemistry and/or. undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • USPTO registration is required.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • 2+ years of patent prosecution and patent application drafting experience, including conducting due diligence.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-focused with ability to work within a team and independently.
