Our client is currently seeking Nurse Practitioners in Mobile, AL to do house calls for one of our clients
Job Summary:
- Health Risk Assessments (HRA) = House Calls Need
- 2-3 Days a week
- Scheduling based on needs and NP’s availability – Needs fluctuate throughout the year.
- Type: ongoing contract
- $100 per assessment
- Mileage reimbursement
Job Description:
- Nurse Practitioners needed to perform health risk assessments which are essentially history and physicals done within the patient’s home or on occasion in nursing home or other health facility
Qualifications:
- Family NP required. Can consider Adult if no pediatric patients will be seen.
- Candidates must be board certified by the ANCC or AANP
- Must have active/unrestricted Pennsylvania NP license New graduates will be considered
- Must be able to be credentialed by Medicare, Medicaid, and other
- Private Insurance Companies
- Required is proficiency with various computer based applications such as MS Office (Logging into programs, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, general use of mouse and navigation of different programs, typing) along with utilizing various websites to perform the required duties.
- Strong background/interest in primary care and preventative medicine is a plus
- Must have use of own car with adequate automobile insurance
- Highly motivated, self-directed professional with strong organizational skills and comfortable working independently on a daily basis
- Must have home internet connection
- Excellent clinical assessment and analytical skills
