Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide range of tasks spanning marketing, administrative, and office management duties.
- No task is too small – from conducting research to handling general tech support.
- Demonstrate strong researching abilities to support various projects and initiatives.
- Work independently and proactively, willing to jump in wherever needed to support team members.
- Organize and manage HR contracts and documents, including sending and receiving paperwork.
- Display a forward-thinking mindset and intelligence in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Collaborate with HRBP on administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
- Assist in building the business by being all hands on deck and contributing to strategic initiatives.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating social media posts, researching topics, and executing email campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and pivot at a moments notice.

- Comfortably work with a variety of digital tools including ZoomInfo, Mailchimp, Bullhorn, and project management tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
