An elite fintech specialized in alternative investments is seeking an AVP Compliance and Corporate Governance Associate to join their dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will assist with various corporate governance tasks, such as documenting corporate actions, preparing resolutions, and maintaining legal documentation like powers of attorney and incumbency certificates. You will also help manage the compliance framework for both U.S. and international jurisdictions, ensuring all policies and procedures align with evolving regulations.


This position requires close collaboration with senior Compliance and Legal team members, providing support in areas such as entity formation, Corporate Transparency Act(CTA) filings, KYC requests, and audits. The AVP will be involved in preparing materials for fund board meetings, tracking action items, and coordinating efforts with auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders. This role will require 4 days a week in office in NYC.


Requirements :

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of thinking both strategically and analytically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
  • JD is a plus
