One Source Mobile Health Care is currently seeking ,part time or full time, Associate Optometrist to add to our growing team. We offer a generous compensation package and full support staff. We provide on-site healthcare services for assisted living, independent living skilled nursing facilities in Arizona. Pay averaging $800.00 plus a day.


Job requirements;

-Current Optometry License to practice in Arizona (We can provide assistance with this)

-Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

-Proficiency with/willing to learn how to use current EHR


Job responsibilities include;

-Diabetic Retinopathy exam

-Tonometry

-Examine patients having a full range of visual problems, diagnosis visual diseases, disorders and deficiencies and prescribe treatment as needed.

-Visual acuity measurement

-Occasional Refraction (not typical)

-Determination of need for referral to specialists as needed.
