Mindset Consulting seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SD/MM Consultant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules, along with a passion for continuous learning and professional development. This role involves supporting the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP SD and MM modules to improve business processes and meet organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


System Configuration and Customization:

Assist in the configuration of SAP SD and MM modules according to business requirements.

Support the development and documentation of functional specifications.

Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

User Support and Training:

Provide first-level support to end-users for SD/MM-related issues.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of user manuals and training materials.

Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support as needed.

Process Improvement:

Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements.

Collaborate with senior consultants to design and implement optimized solutions.

Assist in the development of process documentation and workflows.

Project Participation:

Participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.

Data Management:

Support data migration and data cleansing activities.

Assist in the maintenance of master data related to SD and MM modules.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SAP system.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making.

Analyze report results and provide insights to stakeholders.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of SAP SD and/or MM modules.

Understanding of business processes related to sales, distribution, procurement, and inventory management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
