About The Position

We are looking for a *Senior Full Stack Developer* who is passionate about building exceptional web and mobile experiences and has strong product leadership skills. This role requires a well-balanced expertise in both *frontend* and *backend* development, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset. Key Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Senior Full Stack Developer at G-P involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable web and mobile applications using *React JS* and *React Native*. You will lead key architectural decisions to ensure responsive and intuitive user experiences across both web and mobile platforms while adhering to user-centered design principles. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to drive product vision, identify user needs, and translate those needs into impactful features. Your work will also involve managing web and mobile app deployment processes, ensuring performance optimization, and integrating backend services using *Python* or *Go*. Additionally, you will manage cloud infrastructure with *AWS* and leverage serverless technologies to create an integrated and robust backend to support both web and mobile applications. You will thrive on innovation, solve complex challenges, and deliver cohesive solutions while demonstrating leadership in guiding the team towards best practices and innovative approaches.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in full stack development using *React JS* for web and *React Native* for mobile applications.
  • Strong experience with modern frontend technologies, including *HTML5*, *CSS3*, and *JavaScript/TypeScript*.
  • Competence in backend development using *Python* or *Go*, with experience in creating RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.
  • Proven track record of building and deploying scalable, production-grade web and mobile applications.
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working with backend teams to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Ability to manage app releases to both app stores and web platforms.
  • Experience with *AWS* or similar cloud platforms, focusing on integrations, serverless architecture, and backend infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to balance speed and quality, with ownership in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with *UX Design*, contributing to intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with *LLMs* and AI-driven applications, particularly for enhancing user interfaces.
  • Knowledge of *natural language processing* for legal or business applications is a plus.
  • Strong product management skills or previous experience in an entrepreneurial role, especially if you enjoy taking ownership of features and working to identify user needs and translate them into compelling web and mobile solutions.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $152,000 to $190,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
