Boutique immigration law firm located in Northbrook, IL is hiring a Senior Paralegal with 3-5 years’ experience. Needs experience in a variety of immigration categories from start to finish, including but not limited to:

·       H1b

·       I-140

·       I-485

·       L1A

·       TN

·       Motion to Reopen’

·       FOIA Request

·       U Visa


Candidate needs to be a self-starter and be comfortable with client contact. Experience with Docusign and CRM software a plus. Needs excellent attention to detail and strong writing and communication skills. Please submit resume – no phone calls please.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (JDs or JD candidates need not apply).

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in business and family immigration
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in writing.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and contribute effectively to team goals.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Docketwise, and document management systems including CRM.
