User Experience Designer

Client is looking to fill 3 experienced Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our internal digital platforms team. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to design intuitive, seamless user experiences that support internal workflows. The ideal candidate brings hands-on design skills, strong user empathy, and the ability to balance usability with business impact. This is a highly collaborative role with ownership over research, prototyping, testing, and iteration. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user research and convert findings into actionable design decisionsCreate wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design conceptsCollaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver usable solutionsIterate designs using user feedback, analytics, and usability testingContribute to and maintain design system consistency across productsStay current with UX best practices and accessibility standardsSupport additional UX/UI tasks as needed Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolioProficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar toolsStrong understanding of user-centered design and usability principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working in an Agile environment is a plus Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)Front-end exposure — ideally Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScriptFamiliarity with Prototyping tools such as InVision or Proto.ioUnderstanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, etc.)Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies
