SALARY: $140K - $150K PLUS 10% BONUS


LOCATION: REMOTE, NO ALASKA/HAWAII, The preference would be within driving distance to Dallas or Miramar


Travel when needed. Looking for a candidate who can build a cloud data security protection program from scratch. How to protect data in the cloud preferably in azure but will look at AWS. Would like to see encryption background. Strong infrastructure and insider threat data loss prevention, database activity monitoring. You will need 5 years experience leading complex multi-million dollars development program. Hands on experience with various Data Protection technologies (Encryption, Cloud Security, Insider Threat, Data Loss Prevention, Database Activity Monitoring, etc.) Strong hands-on knowledge of technology environments, including telecommunications, networks, security, server administration, and change management.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years leading medium to complex multi-million-dollar systems development programs
  • Data loss protection technologies
  • Responsible for mentorship of junior team members.
  • Proficient change management skills
  • Ability to build, coach and lead teams with Agile delivery values.
