  • Oversee the preparation of strategic plans, capital plans, and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with plant objectives.
  • Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Collaborate across departments to achieve plant and corporate goals.
  • Share best practices and drive process improvements within the finance team.
  • Offer financial consultation and support to department leaders for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements.
  • Serve as a financial partner to Operations & Supply Chain teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience in cost accounting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience as a Multi-Site Facility Controller is a plus.
