Job Description:
We are seeking a talented candidate who will have extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong background in Java, C++, or Python development and a proven track record of working on long-term, stable projects. This role requires a keen focus on secure software development and a deep understanding of authentication protocols, particularly OAuth.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development:
Design, implement, and maintain robust applications using Java, C++, or Python.
Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to ensure clean and efficient code structures.
Identity and Access Management (IAM):
Develop and integrate IAM solutions, ensuring secure and efficient user authentication and authorization.
Implement OAuth protocols to manage secure access to resources.
System Design and Integration:
Collaborate with architects and other engineers to design secure and scalable systems.
Integrate applications with existing IAM frameworks and external services.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure the software adheres to security standards and best practices.
Conduct regular code reviews and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Performance and Optimization:
Optimize application performance, focusing on scalability and responsiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high system availability.
Documentation and Communication:
Create detailed documentation for codebases, APIs, and system designs.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear updates and technical guidance.
Required skills and qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C++, or Python.
Strong experience in IAM systems and protocols, particularly OAuth.
Demonstrated the ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code.
Educational Background:
Degree from a top 20–25 university/college, ideally in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Experience working on long-term, stable projects with a focus on secure application development.
Familiarity with industry best practices in software development and security.
