Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a coach and mentor to the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of growth keeping continuous improvement and facilitating change initiatives.
  • Minimize downtime by understanding the equipment, and assisting in preventative maintenance
  • Lead by example in following standardized procedures, utilizing checklists, and conducting regular check-ins with the team.
  • Provide individual coaching and mentoring sessions to support employee growth.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the production floor, actively engaging with team members, and addressing any issues or concerns


Requirements:


  • 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Platforms
  • Bilingual proficiency would be beneficial for effective communication within the team.
  • Availability for training on a first-shift schedule.
