We are working with one of the top 10 wall and ceiling specialty contractors in the US. They are looking to find a Project Manager for their growing team. This is an employee-owned company with a generous compensation package. This individual will manage projects from specification to completion on large commercial jobs.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Conduct Pre-Con meetings, attend customer meetings, and lead project meetings to learn of challenges and resolve issues.
  • Assure that the schedule is manned properly.
  • Develop and train new project managers, and hire subcontractors.
  • Regularly collaborate with superintendents, vendors, and purchasing.


Requirements:

  • College Degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in commercial construction (e.g. drywall, ceilings, panels) (preferred)
  • 3+ years in project management
  • Strong knowledge of the construction process
