Job Description: In this contingent resource assignment, the Technical Business Analyst will act as a consultant and expert to address and influence initiatives related to highly complex business and technical needs across Technology Business Systems Consulting. This role involves consulting on strategy and resolution of complex, unique challenges that require advanced analytical, inductive thinking, and innovative solutions. The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that reflect vision and creativity. Additionally, the role requires engagement with client senior leadership to offer insights on innovative business solutions related to Technology Business Systems Consulting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult on complex business and technical initiatives, providing expert advice and innovative solutions.
  • Develop strategies and address unique challenges across multiple areas.
  • Engage with senior client leadership to offer guidance on innovative technology consulting solutions.
  • Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring creativity, vision, and strategic thinking.
  • Provide expert-level support on initiatives requiring advanced analytical and inductive thinking.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design, or equivalent experience through consulting, training, military, or education.
  • Expertise in AFS to LIQ Conversion automation, including:
  • Writing mapping rules for data conversion
  • Validating converted data
  • Performing general ledger reconciliation
  • Analyzing target conversion portfolios
  • Writing SQL for data profiling and analysis
