About Us:
K'DARA is a modern, plant-based skincare brand that offers a wide array of body care products, including clean body moisturizers and exfoliants crafted entirely from plants. We currently do in-person experiences/markets.
We are expanding our reach in the San Diego market through artisan pop-up shops and farmers' markets, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to be our plant-based body care experts at our exclusive high traffic San Diego markets.
Position: Contractor Sales Representative
Market Day Team Openings:
Saturday (8:00-2-pm PST) …Shop must be fully set up by 7:30am PST

Responsibilities:
Show up at scheduled markets with the provided dates and times.
Set up a 10x10 tent, tables, and the K'DARA mobile storefront.
Utilize the Square merchant processing device to handle transactions.
Engage with customers, provide product information, and drive sales.
Gather client leads through social media interactions and emails.
Live stream the market experience using our K'DARA Haus cams.
Ensure prompt arrival and setup for each market. Maintain a positive, plant-based vibe and energy throughout the day.
Provide the ultimate plant-based experience to our customers and have fun
Requirements:
Authentic, entrepreneurial spirit with a love for engaging with people.
Must have a vehicle and the ability to drive to various market locations.
Capable of picking up, unloading, and setting up inventory (must be able to lift at least 40 lbs).
Ability to work outdoors and adapt to the San Diego climate. Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Compensation:
This is a contractor position with a flexible schedule. K'DARA partners with you to split profits 50/50 based on meeting our set unique market goals. Average earnings range from $300-$500 each person/per market day, making it an excellent side hustle opportunity.
