Creditors’ Rights

Stites & Harbison’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Service Group seeks an associate with 1 to 5 years of experience to join the firm’s Louisville or Lexington offices. The associate will focus on creditor litigation in bankruptcy and state courts often having overlap in real estate and business matters as well as regional and national collection matters.

The successful candidate can expect regular client interaction and courtroom appearances.

Only attorneys admitted to practice in Kentucky, and admitted or willing to become admitted in Indiana, will be considered.
