About No Days Off

No Days Off is a daily podcast hosted by real estate industry expert and international speaker, Brian Gubernick. Each episode is 10 minutes or less and is designed to encourage listeners to take small yet consistent steps towards improving their lives. Brian delves into various topics across all aspects of life, such as business, wealth, relationships, health, and personal growth.


Each episode of the podcast is loaded with practical guidance and tips to help foster true success in life. Brian presents thought-provoking questions to contemplate, crucial concepts to understand, and actionable steps to take in different areas of life. Drawing from his personal and professional experiences, Brian shares inspiring stories that will motivate listeners to take positive steps towards a better future.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging multimedia content (including images, videos, and written posts) for No Days Off social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track performance and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends and best practices to suggest innovative ideas for No Days Off social media presence.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the team.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing creative ideas to enhance No Days Off social media presence.
