Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at SUPERIOR STEPS ABA LLC. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education and training, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This role involves working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, designing behavior programs, and monitoring progress.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques
  • Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in providing parent education and training
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
