**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals through various communication channels.

- Assist with inquiries, logistics, and technical support related to our telehealth platform.

- Utilize your medical or telehealth background to address customer questions and concerns effectively.

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.

- Demonstrate excellent typing skills and a rich vocabulary in written communications.


**Qualifications:**

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.

- Empathetic and patient-oriented approach to customer interactions.
