Product Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive excellence in our client's online store, ensuring seamless customer experiences and innovative offerings. As part of a dynamic team, you'll collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to translate vision into reality, while championing the needs of our diverse customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft comprehensive PRDs and BRDs, meticulously documenting customer requirements and user journeys for carrier offerings.
  • Oversee customer-facing eCommerce products, ensuring top-notch user interface and experience.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams including Engineering, Design, Copywriting, Legal, and more.
  • Align team efforts towards strategic objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Navigate ambiguity with analytical prowess, evaluating various approaches to problem-solving and prioritizing customer-centric solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise-level organizations.
  • Proficiency in generating requirements and effectively communicating them across diverse teams.
  • Experience with mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon) and front-end design-focused products.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for risk assessment and decision-making.
  • Experience working on product promotions/deals/offers etc.


Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with Keynote for impactful presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.


Day-to-Day Operations:

  • Drive requirement generation and communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering, soliciting feedback and iterating as needed.
  • Conduct testing to ensure product integrity and performance.
  • Provide timely updates on new launches and assess associated risks.
