This attorney will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of employment, real estate, and other general commercial litigation matters. That said, there is enough employment litigation matters that some employment litigation background is required.

This attorney will:

• Work directly with the general counsel with assistance from the legal department’s excellent support staff.
• Advise on a range of state and federal employment matters.
• Assist with commercial, real estate, and general litigation.
• Advise internal company employees on legal questions pertaining to property management.
• Review and revise leases, property management forms, contracts, and other documents.

Qualifications:

• This attorney must be admitted to the CA state bar.
• The ideal attorney will have 3+ years of litigation and some employment law experience.
• The company prides itself on their collaborative culture. All employees must be willing to work 100% onsite in the greater Pasadena area.
