The Role:

  • Provide support for internal users via ticketing system, phone, email and Teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Assist in configuring new servers and services following firm procedures and best practices.
  • Perform routine system monitoring, backups, and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Setup, configure and troubleshoot hardware.
  • Help with racking equipment (servers, switches, cabling).
  • Monitor and maintain LAN and WAN connections.
  • Take ownership of the Aderant application.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and help maintain network security.



The Requirements:

  • Strong IT troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience within Windows and Mac environments.
  • Experience with the Aderant Suite
  • Administration of O365, AD/EntraID.
  • Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with backup/recovery processes.
  • Understanding of PowerShell.
