Job Description:


The position is needed to augment staff in Global Procurement with intent to convert from Temp to Perm.


Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Finance, Legal, Supply chain or another business-related field .
  • Negotiate and understand contract terms - have Professional and Labor Services.
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Works well in a high-paced cross-functional environment
  • Good business acumen and demonstrated capability of managing complex projects.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Reliable, punctual attendance (in-person or virtual) is an essential function of the position.


Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree
  • Paralegal experience
  • Experience/understanding of aviation operations, business partners, contracts, policy and any compliance efforts
  • PMP, CPM
  • Knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concepts and strategic Procurement process.


For Contractor Manager roles:

  • Experience with Coupa or other Procurement /Spend Management platforms.
  • Ability to act as a change agent who seeks out and advocates for new and innovative solutions to meet business needs.


Contract Management supports client's Global Procurement team by successfully overseeing the lifecycle of procurement contracts. This individual will oversee the negotiation of contracts and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant execution. The Contract Manager will ensure contracts and documentation are organized and uploaded and may implement automation where needed.
