This role is responsible for driving franchisee performance through structured business reviews, KPI accountability, and ongoing coaching and development.You will serve as a trusted advisor to franchise owners, helping them operate at a high level while protecting and strengthening the Cabinet IQ brand.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one coaching and support to franchise owners through virtual meetings, training sessions, and on-site visits as neededConduct regular business reviews focused on KPIs, financial performance, sales execution, and operational excellenceAssess individual franchisee needs and deliver customized, prescriptive coaching, tools, and resourcesAudit franchise operations to ensure brand standards, systems, and processes are being followed consistentlyEducate, advocate for, and reinforce Cabinet IQ brand standards and best practicesMaintain detailed, organized records of franchisee interactions, action plans, and progressCollaborate with internal teams on special projects and system improvementsPerform additional duties as needed to support franchisee successHome services or construction industry experience is a plus.Qualifications5+ years of experience in franchise support, franchise coaching, or a similar advisory roleProven ability to diagnose business challenges and develop practical, effective solutionsStrong consultative coaching skills with a genuine passion for serving franchise ownersExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple franchise partnersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to system-wide initiativesExperience RequirementsBusiness coaching experience: 5 years requiredFranchise experience: 2 years preferredTravelWillingness to travel up to 50 percentBenefits & PerksCompetitive salaryMedical and dental insurancePaid Time Off including vacation, holidays, and personal daysEmployee discounts on Cabinet IQ products
