A Day in the Life of a Counselor
As an LPC/LCPC at Highland Springs Specialty Clinic, you will play a vital role in supporting clients on their journey to mental wellness. Your expertise will help create a safe and therapeutic environment, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, while you contribute to the overall mission of promoting mental health in the community.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual and group counseling sessions

- Participating in ongoing training and supervision
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Valid LPC or LCPC license in Idaho
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others and commitment to professional development
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
