Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be crucial in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies focused on enhancing brand visibility, driving traffic, and generating leads.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  2. Google Ads Management: Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance analysis.
  3. Google Analytics: Monitor website traffic, track key performance metrics, and generate reports to provide insights for optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  4. Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media channels.
  5. CRM Platforms: Assist in managing Hubspot, including data entry, segmentation, and email campaign execution to nurture leads and retain customers.
  6. Graphic Design: Utilize Illustrator and Photoshop to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other design assets for marketing campaigns and materials.
  7. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels.
  8. Events Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and coordinate events, including trade shows, conferences, and more.
  9. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments and teams.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in a marketing role with proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, social media management, and design software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
