Position Overview:
Minneapolis Law Firm is seeking a motivated and dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to become a key member of our fun and energetic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, fielding inbound calls and inquiries while providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and assist them in a timely manner.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a warm demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Work Schedule:
- Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
