Galaxy ABA Therapy is a therapy group that provides individualized in-home ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). With locations in multiple states, our experienced BCBAs and therapists work closely with each child and family to design a comprehensive treatment program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
  • Use evaluation tools such as VB-MAPP, the Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS), and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III.
  • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
  • Train parents, caregivers and ABA technicians.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making data driven decisions and ensure compliance with company policies, ethical guidelines and insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with other service providers as needed.
  • Review data on a timely basis and communicate when needed to team members.
  • Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.
  • Perform comprehensive initial intake and perform recurring assessments.
  • Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload.

Job Requirements:

  • You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Experience working with children, teens, and young adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Vehicle required with travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.
  • Displays ability to articulate well in both written and verbal communication.
  • Licensed to practice in North Carolina.

Pay: $70 - $90 per hour
