Mid-Senior Systems Analyst

9 month Contract (til end of the year)

Hybrid Work Requirements (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Onsite)

Introduction:

One of our Health Care Clients seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in the health care domain, specifically within Utilization Management. This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with on-site collaboration at the Wallingford location. Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the scope of Business Systems projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop use cases, system flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and requirement mappings for system integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support system requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to implement SOAP, API, and REST integration requirements.
• Utilize Agile Methodology and Atlassian tools for project management and collaboration.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in the health care domain, with a focus on Utilization Management preferred.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in creating use cases, system flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and other documentation artifacts.
• Experience working with Agile Methodology and Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of SOAP, API, and REST implementation requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
