Our products, manufactured at our German facilities in Arnsberg and our sister company in Budweis, Czech Republic, meet the highest quality standards and relevant norms. These standards ensure reliable, durable, and effective storage systems for our clients worldwide.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Support Associate to join our team. This unique role combines elements of sales administration, project engineering support, and project coordination, offering a dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities for growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update sales records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate performance reports to support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Assist in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Project Coordination
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage schedules for product delivery and installation, ensuring on-time completion.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Senior Project Manager to develop and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for quality assurance and future reference.
  • Technical Support
  • Analyze project blueprints and develop detailed material lists.
  • Assist in the review of technical specifications and preliminary engineering tasks using AutoCAD.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and stakeholders to meet project goals.

 

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management, project coordination, or a related role, preferably within the warehouse or material handling industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD/Prelim Engineering and familiarity with the installation or teardown of pallet racking and other warehouse systems.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks (preferred).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Critical Traits: Strong judgment, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to fostering a positive workplace culture.
