We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Project Manager/Researcher to drive our internal supply chain mapping initiatives and conduct comprehensive partner research.


Job Summary:

The Project Manager/Researcher will focus on enhancing our internal understanding of the supply chain through detailed mapping and research. This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain operations' workflows and identifying strategic partnership opportunities that align with our sustainability goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal projects to map out detailed supply chain processes and identify key areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct in-depth research to evaluate potential partners and new technologies that can be integrated into our existing supply chain framework.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of internal projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and align with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal departments to collect data, analyze findings, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of supply chain processes, partner evaluations, and research outcomes to support ongoing operations and strategic planning.
  • Develop reports and presentations for internal stakeholders that provide insights into supply chain efficiencies, potential partnerships, and market trends.
  • Work independently to track industry developments and technological advancements that can enhance our supply chain operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Environmental Science, Agribusiness or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and research, specifically within supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct detailed research and present findings effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and project management software is highly desirable.
  • A self-starter with a keen interest in economic and environmental sustainability and improving internal processes.
