Supervisory Responsibilities:

·        Participates in the hiring and training of departmental managers.

·        Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of departmental managers.

·        Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

·        Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

·        Provides oversight to multiple remote locations in numerous states, also operating 24/7/365.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·        Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.

·        Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures to ensure optimal performance.

·        Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.

·        Ensures work environments are adequate, safe and efficient for staff.

·        Oversees operations department, ensuring it is reaching goals set by company leadership.

·        Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of operations to achieve financial objectives.

·        Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.

·        Improves internal and external customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.

·        Contribute to the success and performance of the team and organization by achieving key performance metrics

·        Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.

·        Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.

·        Through effective processes and customer service, ensures customers are receiving the highest level of service.

·        Works closely with management team to respond to customer complaints and concerns. 

·        Performs other related duties as assigned.

·        Provides oversight and support for real time monitoring of successful execution of customer requests. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations is a top priority.

Required Skills/Abilities:

·        Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.

·        Ability to achieve optimal outcomes from all team members.

·        Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.

·        Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

·        Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·        Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.


Education and Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field strongly preferred.

·        Extensive and diversified background with at least 5+ years of related experience.

·        Preferred knowledge of medical terminology related to organ donation and transplantation, or a strong understanding of the aviation industry.

·        Experience leading leaders is a requirement.

·        Previous experience with presentations or public speaking required, both in person and remote.


Physical Requirements:

  • May include prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, walking and stair usage.
