We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Total Rewards Professional to lead and execute the organization’s compensation strategies and programs. Reporting to the VP, Payroll & Benefits, this is an individual contributor role with a primary focus on compensation, with secondary responsibilities for benefits. This position is critical in shaping the employee value proposition by ensuring competitive and effective total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Focus:

  • Act as the organization’s subject matter expert on compensation, collaborating with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on pay-related matters.
  • Develop and manage compensation tools, processes, and systems, including job leveling, salary structures, merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and incentive plans.
  • Redesign commission and long-term incentive plans to align with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct annual compensation benchmarking surveys, analyze market data, and evolve the organization's compensation philosophy to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Monitor compliance with wage regulations and ensure alignment with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Create and deliver annual communication to help employees understand and appreciate their total compensation package, including developing total rewards statements.

Benefits Support:

  • Assist with the annual benefits selection process, including budgeting and coordination with brokers and vendors.
  • Support administration of 401(k), health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, and wellness initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison with Finance and Payroll to ensure seamless benefits execution.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on compensation in dynamic, growth-focused organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing compensation structures, market analysis, and incentive plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and create actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with HRIS/HCM systems (experience with Paycom is a plus) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with job analysis, compensation analysis, and market benchmarking tools.
