From mid-rise apartment buildings to luxury mixed-use complexes, you’ll be at the helm of high-impact residential projects that shape the city’s skyline. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to deliver quality builds on schedule and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site construction activities for multifamily ground-up projectsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure efficient workflowOversee site logistics, safety compliance, and quality controlMaintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays or conflictsCollaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectorsConduct daily site walk throughs and progress reportingEnsure adherence to building codes, permitting, and inspection requirementsQualificationsMinimum 5–7 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up multifamily constructionProven success managing residential projects in urban environmentsStrong understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, and vertical constructionExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency with construction management software and scheduling toolsOSHA 30 certification preferredValid driver’s license and ability to travel within MiamiIn ReturnFamily based culture and environmentBase SalaryFull health insurance + D&VCell PhoneLaptopBonus401kPTO
