Summary:

We are seeking an individual less of a cyber security tester, and more so someone with security access management experience. This individual enjoys the securities and management of intellectual properties within an orgainzation. Proactively hands-on to assist with day to day activities, works with department strategies for current and future company goals.

Ideal candidates should be well versed in responsive with a variety of technologies and tools, including Azure Active Directory, IAM architecture and integrations, coding/scripting tools, two-step verification systems, and IAM protocols such as SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and SCIM, eager to take on complex challenges, self-motivated, and capable of working in a diverse team.


Essential Functions:

• Implementing, and managing Identity Directory and identity services.

• Implementing technologies to centrally integrate identity systems across the organization.

• Streamlining and improving customer experiences.

• Implementing access controls to applications and managing, maintaining and updating roles in Active Directory. (Previous experience managing AD is required for this role).

• Managing access and permissions where necessary and implementing automated solutions.

• Collaborating with key engineering stakeholders to help tackle challenges within the IAM space.

• Troubleshooting and managing issues related to identities, systems access accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.

• Implementing and maintaining technologies to ensure audit and privacy compliance.


Skills and Abilities (Required):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Technical IAM related role, ranging from technical tool evaluation/selection, implementation and operations. Cloud based utilization and cloud adoption a must.

• Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) and GPO management, Windows Desktop and Server environments.

• Experience with IT Security and Governance Risk and Compliance functions and their needs.

• Working knowledge of IT management frameworks such as Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) and/or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

• Experience developing, deploying, integrating and supporting IAM services within a larger IT organization showcasing strengths in teamwork and establishing successful partnerships.

• Implementation experience is a must have, this is not an architect role to design. Previous experience and exposure is helpful.

• OKTA experience, heavily preferred.


Team Structure: IAM (used to be considered ULM), consists of two identity engineers and additional resources (4 administrators) that fulfill access needs, for new hires, departures, etc and the engineers do the back end of the administrators work handling the creation of security groups and granting access.


• This is an Hybrid position - 3 days in-office / 2 days per week remote.
