Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Fishers, IN for an Instructor at Pure Barre. The Instructor will be responsible for leading barre classes, providing instruction and guidance to clients, demonstrating proper form and technique, and creating a motivating and energetic environment. The Instructor will also assist with customer service and studio maintenance tasks.

Qualifications
  • Experience or certification in barre, dance, fitness, or a related field
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients
  • Ability to create and deliver effective workouts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
  • Additional fitness certifications (e.g. Pilates, yoga, personal training) (preferred)
