Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Memory Care Coordinator located in Bridgewater, NJ. The Memory Care Coordinator will be responsible for planning the activities in our Inspiritas Memory Care neighborhood. Will be required to lead day to day activities under the supervision of the Life Enrichment Director. Team player, leadership skills, effective communication with residents and families, dementia activity coordination, and providing outstanding customer service to our residents.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of healthcare experience, willing to train the right person
  • Strong communication skills, positive and upbeat
  • Experience in home care coordination
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Empathy and compassion for seniors
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Experience in the senior care industry is a plus
  • Valid drivers license to provide resident transportation
