Global logistics company is looking to hire an experienced Export Coordinator to join their team during busy season Proficient in Gmail/Google, MS Office, data entry, any CRM and export documentation. Strong communication needed to speak to internal and external customers, follow-up and attention to detail. 100% onsite in Elgin. Pays $23/hr.


Job Duties:


  • Assist with planning, executing, and delivering both Domestic and International orders to customers
  • Ensure customer meets Ship Dates and customer monthly and quarterly shipping targets
  • Utilize Systems and Data to enable exports
  • Partner with Freight Forwarder to transport orders to customers


Job Requirements:

  • Between 1-3 years of Export experience
  • Strong communication skills, good follow-up and attention to detail
  • Able to work in Google Docs, MS Office and CRM (Oracle preferred)
  • Work onsite everyday
