ERP Business Analyst’s Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between current systems and desired functionality.
  • Design D365 solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
  • Lead or participate in project planning, execution, and deployment of D365 initiatives.
  • Provide training to end-users and technical teams on D365 functionalities and best practices.


ERP Business Analyst’s Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 applications, including Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service modules.
  • Experience with D365 configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • Understanding of cloud-based solutions and integrations.
