Responsibilities


1. Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance by setting ambitious targets, developing strategic sales plans, and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure individual and collective success.

3. Human Resources Management: Oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and company policies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

4. Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, establish partnerships, and develop innovative marketing initiatives to expand the franchise's customer base and drive business growth.

5. Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and manage budgetary resources to optimize operational efficiency and achieve financial objectives.


Qualifications

1. Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales leadership roles, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively articulate ideas, motivate teams, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

3. HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of human resources principles and practices, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance, to effectively manage and develop a high-performing team.
