Role Description:

As a Medicare Agent at Tyler Insurance Group, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their Medicare insurance requirements. You'll join a dedicated team committed to supporting your success and helping you reach your full potential in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients over the phone and through web-based platforms to understand their Medicare insurance needs.
• Educate clients on available Medicare plans and assist them in selecting the most suitable options.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through the enrollment process.

Qualifications:

• Deadline-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
• Active listener with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable utilizing web-based platforms and apps for client communication and data management.

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay structure with uncapped earning potential. This position is a 1099 self-employed opportunity.
