Legal Recruiter

Our client in the legal industry is looking for a Neutral Recruiter to join their team Their ideal candidate has legal recruiting experience, but they are open to training as well if the candidate is an experienced recruiter.
Salary: 60-80k annually
Office policy: Onsite in Garden City, Long Island (1-2x/week remote once fully trained)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with designing a strategy and approach to neutral recruiting, engagement, and management
- Recruit best-in-class neutrals, including former judges and legal practitioners nationwide—s
- Develop an onboarding, integration, and mentoring program for new neutrals.
- Responsible for neutral bio template and for writing of bios for new neutrals and updating bios for existing neutrals.
- Work with sales and marketing team to promote neutrals via CLEs, articles, etc.
- Work with IT, sales, and marketing on neutrals CRM database.
- Build relationships with new and existing neutrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Paralegal, Master’s degree and/or JD a plus
- ·3-5+ years’ experience
- Possess high level of energy and drive, combined with the presence and credibility to deal with a sophisticated audience comprised of former judges, law firm partners and other legal practitioners.
- Operate as an effective team member able to build a network of relationships internally and externally.
- Bring knowledge, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn about the major areas of law practice
- Have proficiency utilizing CRM systems
- Possess outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Excellent leadership skills, i.e., organizing, planning, problem-solving and decision-making.
