Stevens & Lee’s Litigation Group is one of the fastest growing practices in the firm with more than 50 attorneys, including over 15 associates. Our litigators are problem-solvers who deliver efficient, desired outcomes to clients facing disputes. Due to the continued growth and expansion of our practice, we have an opening in our Wilmington, DE office for a mid-level associate with commercial litigation experience. This position offers the opportunity for hands-on litigation experience, including courtroom experience and deposition practice (taking and defending).

Ideal candidates will have meaningful experience in the following areas:
- DE Chancery Court
- Deposition practice
- Discovery and eDiscovery
- Oral argument
- Witness preparation
- Drafting of pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Experience with trials and class actions, though not required, is a plus.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Delaware.
