Big Rush Marketing is a growing marketing agency located in St. Louis, MO, with clients across the country in a variety of industries. We are looking to grow our team through the hiring of a Digital Advertising Specialist. The ideal candidate is someone who can strategize and execute campaigns for various businesses using Meta's robust advertising platform. Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Data(Looker) Studio, as well as a desire to grow in a diverse set of skills while working collaboratively, are also important to the role. This position must manage several ongoing projects with multiple clients with minimal oversight.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Relevant College Degree
• 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing/advertising
• History managing digital advertising on Meta & Google platforms for multiple businesses
• Familiarity with Looker Studio and spreadsheets for reporting
• Strong time management skills
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to dependably handle and track multiple tasks across multiple clients
• Willingness to learn and stay current with the latest marketing trends
• Great communicator with co-workers and clients
• Proficient with Apple computers

Digital Advertising Specialist Job Duties:

• Coordinate communication with the advertising team and clients
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand and achieve business goals
• Monitor advertising reports
• Actively pursue professional training paid for by the employer
• Keep projects organized and moving in a project management system
